PITOR is a french association law 1901 which aims to promote international mobility for everyone. Located in Franqueville-saint-Pierre, this association is the only one dedicated entirely to international mobility in Rouen Metropole area. Its aims are to inform and help people with social and/or economic difficulties having an experience abroad thanks to European, French and International mobility programmes. This brand new association created in 2018 aims to target both people from rural area (East plateau of Rouen) as well as people from urban area (Rouen and suburbs). Already in contact with youth organisations (CRIJ, MJC) as well as institutions (Drdjscs, Ville de Rouen, Metropole), PITOR wants to increase outgoing mobility in Upper Normandy. In order to infom people the association created a website www.pitor.org and is happy to answer to questions by phone and email. Since october 2019 the association rents a room in Franqueville-saint-Pierre's House of Associations (Maison des Associations) and receive young people willing to go abroad both in collective meeting and one to one interview. PITOR also participates to events such as "The Month of International mbility" with CRIJ and big events organized by Ville de Rouen such as Zazimuts (a big events for all students from the Rouen Normandie Metropole area).
