About Organization
We are a group of young people engaged in the daily implementation of art projects on the streets, giving every artist amateur or volunteer an opportunity to realize themselves in urban design and creative self-expression. Enabling preservation of cultural environment and heritage on local level by painting bus stops, electric substation houses and for future other buildings. During the project realization our main goals are: - to create high-quality group work for young people in summer; - more educated and inspired young people who will be more competitive in the labor market; - promoting the participation of young people at city level; The most direct impact of our projects are: - out-of-frame cultural breakthrough and de-institutionalization of art; - reduction of vandalism; respect for and self-identification with one's place of residence; - a greater public interest in populating and revitalizing peripheral urban areas; - art as a tourism promotion tool for the outskirts of the city; - development of small businesses in hitherto "unattractive" urban areas - a more vibrant and modern environment means more smiles and happier people During the "cold season" when paint-jobs are not possible, we work with municipalities and governmental organizations asking for "space for arts". Coordinate all paperwork on legal terms with local departments and building owners to let artists do their job. Gather resources for paint, materials, logistics and free meals for every participant. Train artists for effective group work with volunteers (leadership and communication skills). Teach and help artists and volunteers to organize their own future art projects (project management and resource gathering).
