About Organization
Eco Chateau Training Association (France) has been welcoming students at their training association for over 10 years and are firmly established as a quality provider of placements for placements opportunities of all levels with specific competences in supporting participants with more complex needs. Supporting participants with an active and outcome based non-formal learning experience Eco Chateau Training Association works with local social enterprises and businesses wanting to make a difference whilst also making it happen through their own social business a Training Hotel and Historic Tourist Resort, and providing learning opportunities to unemployed people. The Training Hotel operates using the successful model developed at Eco Chateau Training Association in France and the participants specifically engaged have fewer opportunities including individuals with mental health support needs, learning disabled people and those facing social and economic barriers. The Chateau offers practical support and training through range of innovative learning opportunities, social businesses and employment and training progression support. Through established links with local colleges and Eco Chateau Training CIC UK and having previous involvement in Leonardo and Erasmus + projects they are leaders in European project delivery and have a network of unique and established. Already fully established as a host partner within the Erasmus Plus programme for inward flows of UK students in Hospitality, Catering, Construction and Eco-Travel and Tourism where an emphasis is placed on inclusion of people from diverse backgrounds the Chateau is well placed in expanding it's smaller volunteering delivery to add further benefit to the local community through further engagement and involvement in resourcing projects to meet their aims. Through current vocational projects we have created strong links with specific occupational local businesses where we are now able to offer mentoring and placement opportunities In a range of relevant vocational areas to these programmes and opening up to further volunteering activities will widen the participation group while they are able to benefit from the strong cohort of support packages already developed and active within the organisation practices. As part of the Eco Chateau wider company unit they have the benefit and support of the co-organisations that have a broad reach of valuable knowledge and experience and the wider networks in each affiliated organisation and country. All the Eco Chateau organisations work from a set of shared values, initiatives and within the overall European company objectives in developing, maintaining and growing innovative delivery practices to meet new opportunity and need of these specific groups that they work with.
