- - - ENGLISH - - Mensch Raum Land e.V. (MRL) has given itself an association structure from a long-standing initiative of the same name. In connection with the promotion of international and interdisciplinary cooperation in the fields of education, art, culture, social affairs, science and research for the development of international cooperation in youth work, the association has build up a broad network. This network has been working on alternative ways of life through different projects for the build-up of the rural regions. Through non-formal methods of learning, the organization has focused on connecting the young adults and children to other parts of the world through participation in internationally diverse projects and training courses. Furthermore, we are attempting on the revival of old professions in the rural regions with use of modern methods. We try to enhance youth learning in the fields of half-timbered buildings, ecological cultivation and use of wasteland, blacksmithing, medicinal plant use and processing and cultural and advisory services. For this process, it is very important to bring all the stakeholders on board with same enthusiasm. Therefore, we try to bundle-up interdisciplinary specialists in education, youth work and other interested parties to pursue the common goal of further expanding youth work in the networking of children, young workers, students and specialists. Mensch Raum Land e.V. has engaged with school going children (ROBOTIK know-how!), youth workers and university enrolled students, adults, entrepreneurs, rural representatives, teachers, translators and experts in working towards the aims of this organization: - Cultural-exchange among the youth with less opportunities and the rest of the youth; - Digitally equipping the youth through ICT development for improved chances at jobs, studies and professional life; - Interconnectivity in the rural regions; - To engaging youth in peacebuilding activities through art, theatrical performances and writings; - Combatting the notions of hate, discrimination, racism and sexism in online and offline worlds; - Increasing youth mobility in Europe - - - DEUTSCH - - - Im Zusammenhang mit der Förderung der internationalen und interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit in den Bereichen Bildung, Kunst, Kultur, Soziales, Wissenschaft und Forschung zur Entwicklung der internationalen Zusammenarbeit in der Jugendarbeit hat der Verein ein breites Netzwerk aufgebaut. Dieses Netzwerk hat durch verschiedene Projekte zum Aufbau der ländlichen Regionen an alternativen Lebensweisen gearbeitet. Durch nicht formale Lernmethoden hat sich die Organisation darauf konzentriert, junge Erwachsene und Kinder durch die Teilnahme an international unterschiedlichen Projekten und Schulungen mit anderen Teilen der Welt zu verbinden. Darüber hinaus versuchen wir, alte Berufe in den ländlichen Regionen mit modernen Methoden wiederzubeleben. Wir versuchen, das Lernen von Jugendlichen in den Bereichen ökologischer Anbau und Nutzung von Leerstand, Handwerkskunst sowie Kultur- und Beratungsangebote zu verbessern. Für diesen Prozess ist es sehr wichtig, alle Mitwirkende mit der gleichen Begeisterung mit ins Boot zu holen. Daher versuchen wir, interdisziplinäre Fachkräfte für Bildung, Jugendarbeit und andere interessierte Kreise zusammenzubringen, um das gemeinsame Ziel zu verfolgen, die Jugendarbeit in der Vernetzung von Kindern, jungen Erwachsenen, Studenten und Fachleuten weiter auszubauen. Mensch Raum Land e.V. hat sich mit Schulkindern (ROBOTIK-Know-how!), Jugendarbeitern und Studenten, Erwachsenen, Unternehmern, Vertretern des ländlichen Raums, Lehrern, Übersetzern und Experten für die Erreichung der Ziele dieser Organisation engagiert: - Kulturaustausch zwischen den Jugendlichen mit geringeren Chancen und anderen Jugendlchen; - Digitale Befähigung der Jugend durch IKT-Entwicklung für verbesserte Chancen auf Arbeit, Studium und Berufsleben; - Vernetzung in den ländlichen Regionen; - Einbe
