Centre d'Animation de la Grâce de Dieu

The "Centre d'Animation de la Grâce de Dieu" is located in Caen, the "Grâce de Dieu" is a priority district of about 8000 inhabitants. It has many citizens from different cultural communities, and it recognizes the rich diversity present in its territory.The district is equipped with equipment and partners: 3 schools, 2 high schools, a college, a daycare center, 3 gymnasiums, 1 swimming pool, 1 library, 1 socio-cultural center. Our Animation Center is located in a building called “Espace Malraux”. Our main aim is to organize continuity and coherence between educational projects, throughout the development life of children and young people between the ages of 3 and 25, in "Grâce de Dieu" district. For this, the City of Caen has given a mission to structure and develop an Animation Center, to the "Ligue de l'Enseignement de Normandie" since January 1, 2016, intended for 3-25 year olds through the development Childhood/Youth activities. The main activities entrusted to the Association: • Leisure Centers for children and young people aged 3 to 17; • Mini-stays, and outings for leisure and discovery; • Education support; • Leisure activities for all (families and intergenerational); • Animation of a Youth Information Point (PIJ) for 16/25 year olds; • Support for individual or collective projects • Actions, activities, events likely to contribute to the life of the district.
