About Organization
Presentation Since 2004, the organisation Des Lendemains qui Chantent defends an artistic and cultural project based on the promotion of contemporary music through all its components (amateur practice, professional artists, multiple aesthetics). Des Lendemains qui Chantent tends to anchor in a rural area, promoting openness, self-fulfilment and solidarity. It is positioned in the field of social economy and solidarity, defending an associative project strongly tinged by an approach founded on humanist and democratic values. The organisation manages a venue owned by the city of Tulle. Its capacity is about 450 people in the audience. It also manages a small stage in the hall as well as a rehearsal building. Its artistic and cultural project is awarded the national label modern music scene (SMAC) which ensures equal treatment for artistic education, guidance for musicians and promotion. Des Lendemains qui Chantent is also open to the local area with partnerships, cooperation with differents actors or audiences.
