About Organization
Established in 1990, our correctional institution plays a vital role in the criminal justice system, focusing on the safe reintegration of inmates into society. With a total capacity of 300 inmates and an average population of 260, we are structured to accommodate a diverse range of individuals across eight distinct departments. Youth department Women's department Psychiatric department (Including/observation cell) Remand department High Risk department Convicted department Sex offenders department Fines department At our institution, we are committed to the principles of corrections and the safe reintegration of inmates back into our community. We recognize that effective rehabilitation requires not just containment, but also the promotion of personal growth and the provision of opportunities. To this end, we offer a variety of classes aimed at teaching new skills, including vocational training, educational programs, and workshops focused on life skills. Our correctional institution is dedicated to creating an environment that supports growth and transformation. By providing meaningful opportunities for education and social engagement, we strive to reduce recidivism and contribute positively to our community.
