Kleiner Fratz gGmbH is a non-profit organization based in Berlin, Germany, dedicated to early childhood education and the promotion of social inclusion, diversity, and intercultural understanding. Since its foundation, the organization has operated multiple kindergartens and educational facilities with a strong focus on holistic child development and democratic participation. Our mission is to create inclusive and nurturing environments where every child, regardless of their background, can grow, learn, and thrive. We believe in education as a shared journey that involves families, communities, and society at large. Our main activities include: • Providing high-quality early childhood education and care in multilingual and multicultural settings • Implementing pedagogical approaches that foster creativity, emotional intelligence, and intercultural learning • Promoting equal opportunities and participation for all children, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds • Engaging in local and international educational projects, including volunteering and youth mobility programs We welcome young people from across Europe and beyond to join our team as volunteers.
