NGO THY is dedicated to empowering young people and adults through education, training, and intercultural projects. THY is the pioneer of Erasmus+ projects in Kosovo, being one the first NGOs to organize Erasmus+ trainings in 2014. Since then, we have become a leading force in the field, consistently delivering high-quality, inclusive, and impactful projects. With extensive experience as both a lead applicant and partner, we have built strong partnerships across Europe, facilitating cooperation, youth mobility, and capacity building. Our activities focus on empowering young people and adults through non-formal education, skill development, and intercultural exchange, fostering a new generation of engaged and active citizens. Our mission is to foster personal and professional development, social inclusion, and active citizenship, equipping individuals with skills and confidence to thrive in today’s world. Through non-formal education, we create impactful learning experiences that inspire young people to become proactive agents of change in their communities. Our target groups include youth and adults, especially from underserved backgrounds, as well as volunteers who contribute to our initiatives and gain valuable experience in youth work, event management, and community outreach.
