It operates according to the principles of mutuality, solidarity and human dignity to promote social inclusion and equal opportunities for all. The cooperative carries out its mission through three main operational areas: - Disability area: focused on the inclusion and empowerment of adults and youth with disabilities or other fragilities. It manages the “Laboratorio Protetto Manodopera”, where participants, alongside qualified educators, engage in meaningful crafts and educational activities, emphasising each person’s abilities and skills. - Productive area: dedicated to artisan manufacturing and the sale of quality craft products made by people with and without disabilities. It connects educational and occupational goals with a “social enterprise” approach that values responsibility and craftsmanship. - School, youth & families area: targeting minors, young people and families through services and projects run with schools and local institutions to foster citizenship, creativity and social participation.
