Knowledge and Empowerment Hub for citizen Science and Innovation Approach - Association sans but lucratif

KEHSIA is an organisation committed to promoting social and technological innovation through a human-centred approach, with a particular focus on the empowerment of women and young people. Its main aim is to foster active participation, inclusion and equal opportunities across different sectors (public, private and non-profit) by enhancing skills, knowledge sharing and collaboration. The organisation carries out various activities, including awareness-raising, training and research initiatives that promote cultural, social and civic growth. KEHSIA designs and manages projects that encourage innovation also in processes, aiming to increase women’s and young people’s presence in areas such as education, digital transformation and community development. Through partnerships with organisations, institutions and networks at local and European levels, KEHSIA supports the exchange of good practices and the creation of inclusive and sustainable models of development. Its target groups include women, young people and organisations, particularly those working in education, social innovation and community empowerment, that share the goal of fostering participation, equality and innovation for social good. The association's operational headquarters is a co-working office called IN:CUBATOR, managed by Service national de la jeunesse (SNJ).
