About Organization
The Oberried Citizens' Association (BGO) tackles a wide range of social tasks and challenges and organises support for residents in need, primarily in the municipality of Oberried. The aim is to tackle existing and emerging social tasks and emergencies in the municipality through joint action. The community association strives to involve the citizens, the political community, the churches, associations and clubs of Oberried and enables solidarity-based, cross-generational civic engagement. Purpose of the BGO - promoting assistance for the elderly, disabled and young people, - understanding between the generations, - promoting the village community's responsibility in social issues, - promoting assistance for refugees, - public education and - local environmental protection.
