Youth organisation YOUTH CORNER

Our goal is to promote social values, to improve the skills of young people by involving them directly in the projects and organize activities for their better life, especialy by non informal learning and trainings. We implemented project „YOUTH TO YOUTH” in the framework of “YOUTH ARE THE LAW” programme financed by the Ministry of Youth and Sport.Young volunteers from the organization participated in the development of public spaces in which young people spend their leisure time and in the organization of activities for young people in these spaces. Our association implemented project “BE FAIR” together with the Sport Association of Niš financed by the Ministry of Youth and Sport on the topic of inhibiting negative occurrences in sport, violence and indecent behaviour at sport manifestations. Project “DONT WASTE YOUR TIME” was implemented, financed by the Ministry of Youth of Serbia on the topic of the quality leisure time of young people. We gathered 30 young people from Niš during 2 trainings when our lecturers together with volunteers informed and taugh young participants about the possibilities to spend quality leisure time. The activities of non-formal learning across a range of different ideas and projects positively affect the recognition of the values and benefits of personal and social development, human rights and equality. Project "KNOW YOUR LEISURE TIME “ financed by The Administration of Education, Youth, Culture and Sport in Nis was implemented. young highschool and primary school students were educated to improve the quality of their lives through creative and practical organization of leisure time. Cultural creatorship of young people was promoted through training (debates, creative workshops, decoupage workshops, human rights).The involvement of young people is represented through their participation in various activities and ideas initiated by themselves through the creation of youth policy. All of our projects were implemented by youth structures, including lectures, activities, seminars, promotions etc. Direct beneficiares are also young people from region from secondary schools and from faculties, including minorities, people from vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.
