• Estic was created in 2011 with the aim of helping disadvantaged children from local towns in Romania. Agents gathering donations from people all over the country made our NGO active all throughout the years and very known in the area. • Because of the young activists involved, Estic started getting involved in issues like children rights, recycling, or civic education. Nowadays, Estic represents an inclusive network full of diversity: international ambassadors, workshop professionals, partner countries, volunteers. • Our experience refers to working with the youth on many different levels and providing them a safe environment to express their needs. For over 10 years, estic has taken care of the local/regional youth through prize giving, school tutoring, informal conferences, social media contests or trips. • The plan is to keep growing Estic in order to raise awareness on important matters for our youth sector. As the world around us changes, so do we. Therefore, we wish for our citizens to be prepared individuals with experience in all areas for a better future. At the end of the day, we may be simply one of the many organizations getting involved with Erasmus+, but we surely are complete optimists.
