Mission Our main mission is to promote the personal development and socio-labour integration of people in situations of social disadvantage through their training, access to employment and the awareness of society. We want to promote the active participation and participation of young people in the defence of environmental problems, democracy, social inclusion and youth entrepreneurship. What we intend to do We want to become the references in the country of international projects for young people in collaboration with the Erasmus+ programme We also want to give importance to projects at a national level, offering training, workshops, talks ...., to young people in the country who may be of interest and benefit to their future. It is important to offer opportunities internationally, but even more so nationally, offering equal opportunities for all. Solidarity What are our objectives? The main objective of the association is to encourage active participation and the involvement of young people in the decision-making process of their education and their future. In addition, we aim to create opportunities for young people to be active, participate and have a special interest in issues that directly affect their future, such as Education, Policies, Economy, Democracy, Social Problems, Employability and issues related to the Environment. We want to achieve social equity by promoting the specific rights and interests of young people. And, with the implementation in the country of Erasmus + projects, we want to promote the educational mobility of people and groups, both students and staff, as well as cooperation, quality, inclusion and equity, excellence, creativity and innovation at the level of organizations and policies through lifelong learning, the educational, professional and personal development of people in the fields of education and training, youth. The purpose of the association is: a) Achieve social equity by promoting the specific rights and interests of minorities and disadvantaged groups: young people, women, LGBTIQ+ community, people with disabilities and physical and mental illnesses, low income people and residents in disadvantaged or rural areas and all within the category of young population. b) To make the population aware of the need to achieve this social equity for the proper coexistence in society. c) Promote cultural diversity and fight for access to social and human rights that guarantees the personal and social well-being of all young people in the country. d) Promote active citizenship by encouraging young people to carry out their personal projects, always defending the values of respect and tolerance. e) To guide and connect people and entities that fight for human dignity through innovative methodologies and non-formal education, in order to unify efforts and promote solidarity work. f) Local intervention projects: long-term social projects in communities. g)Artistic projects as a means to promote coexistence and the development of user creativity: painting of murals, poetry workshops, body expression ... h) Training: short-term training projects for technicians, educators and professionals from different areas. j) International projects: Erasmus training and exchanges; volunteers and international practices; Seminars... k) Awareness-raising actions: media or street campaigns (to make visible the most invisible problems and inequalities), conferences, seminars ... m) Promotion of networking, with the aim of being part of the more networks the better.
