PRO WORK operates closely with different types of vulnerable groups (incl. In doing so, Pro Work aims at changing the mindset of regarding diversity management. Pro Work has established a unique expertise in devising innovative learning and empowering methodologies that enable all people to actively participate in the social, political, cultural and economic life within their community. We want to adapt existing structures to the diversity of our community and not the other way around. To do so, Pro Work’s main activities are: - Design of new methodologies regarding diversity management– We developed a methodology and a matching app that is currently being used in five different countries by a different type of actors (employers, intermediaries, schools, voluntary organizations) - Development of entrepreneurship curricula for mentors and for NEETs – we have developed modules dedicated to the main areas of entrepreneurship, including soft skills. The modules’ targets re differentiated into NEETs and mentors. - Creation of entrepreneurial hubs – we have provided the resources and the space for young people at-risk and with a distance to the labour market to create pop-ups in collaboration with local stakeholders. - Creation of platform dedicated to the previously mentioned activities.
