The Equalizers

The Equalizers is a Türkiye-based non-profit / non-governmental organisation founded in 2023, working in the fields of inclusive youth work, mental health, social inclusion, anti-discrimination, digital awareness, active citizenship and equal opportunities for young people. Although The Equalizers has its own youth-focused initiatives, our work is not limited to a single local structure. We cooperate with a wide network of NGOs, universities, municipalities, public institutions, informal youth groups and community-based organisations across Erasmus+ Programme Countries. Through this network, we contribute to the development of meaningful, realistic and impact-oriented European projects. Our team supports the full project cycle: needs analysis, concept development, project writing, partnership building, activity design, implementation support, dissemination, visibility and reporting. We are especially experienced in Erasmus+ youth projects, including youth exchanges, training courses, youth participation projects and small-scale cooperation partnerships. We are open to cooperation with organisations from all parts of Europe — from the north to the south, and from the east to the west. We are particularly interested in projects related to inclusive youth work, mental health and well-being, accessibility, anti-racism, digital rights, media literacy, NEET youth, active citizenship, intercultural learning and social cohesion. The Equalizers aims to build practical, inclusive and sustainable projects that give young people a stronger voice, strengthen cooperation between institutions and civil society, and create long-term social impact beyond the project period.
