Holism has a vision of man as a unique and infractionable being; man is a microcosm within a macrocosm that is the universe and nature of which he is a part. Thanks to the many years of research of its founder Margherita Statzu, Muladhara promotes the ‘Indigo Method’ based on active listening to oneself and to others. The method has as its ‘mission’ the development of talent as maximum self-expression. It is a distinctive and unique approach because it is oriented towards the development of the person by working on individuality in order to create groups whose objective is personal, collective and social growth. The training courses offered are based on a methodology based on Active Listening, which accompanies every individual of every age by taking care of personality development, providing high quality training courses where theory and experience complement each other in order to create. Supporting through relationships each individual in order to help him/her discover his/her own potential, to then be able to draw on and face everyday life.
