We are preparing a KA153 Youth Workers Mobility project designed to enhance the professional capacities of our football coaches, trainers, and youth leaders. The project focuses on enabling our coaching staff to participate in international job shadowing and structured observation visits at experienced European football clubs and youth academies. By examining modern football training methodologies, youth academy management, match analysis basics, and child-centered coaching techniques abroad, our staff will transfer these good practices back to our local community, improving the overall quality of football training for youth players aged 6–12. Main Objectives: Enhance the professional competencies, technical-tactical pedagogical skills, and modern methodologies of grassroots football coaches and youth workers. Provide international job shadowing and hands-on observation opportunities in European football academies. Promote innovative, inclusive, and child-centered football training approaches for young players. Transfer successful European football club management and youth development models into local training practices in Turkey. Planned Activities (for KA153): Preparatory transnational coordination meetings with partner organizations. International job shadowing and staff mobility visits for football coaches and club leaders. Peer-to-peer coaching workshops and tactical/technical methodological exchanges during mobility.
