MTÜ VitaTiim

VitaTiim NGO is a non-formal learning centre. Our mission is to create an inspiring international environment for Ida-Virumaa county people in order to promote participation in lifelong learning and effective implementation of competences on the way of personal development in the global world. Our objectives are: young people have developed key competences - social and civic competence, communication skills, including communication in foreign languages, creativity, sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, learning to learn, cultural awareness and expression, digital competence; young people make career decisions based on their competences and experiences; young people have developed multicultural and intercultural competence and use opportunities of international experience both on local and international level. Our main activities are: • Language cafes (German, English, Estonian) • Support for youth initiatives • Voluntary work in Estonia and abroad, including EVS (SO, HO, CO) • Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme. VitaTiim is a regional representative of Estonian NA • Project counselling and project writing course for young people • International projects and opportunities • Open Youth Space (movie evenings, board games, social games etc) • “Communication in English” group for kids 7-8 years old • ACCESS programme
