Many of UCID’s projects have aimed at training youth and public activists on skills how to protect democratic rights and development of local communities. On a regular basis UCID has 5 persons as a staff. Up to 15 people Involved in the projects. Number of volunteers is 100. UCID takes active part in the propagation of the new media and in the conduction of informational and educational campaigns on the need for democratic choice in the Ukrainian society and development of local activism. In 11 years of its work, the organization's implemented a series of successful social and humanitarian projects. Within the last 5 years, the UCID has implemented 5 projects with support of international donors (total budget of about $115,000, including $6,500 in 2016), aimed at the support of different vulnerable social groups in Ukraine, youth education, legal support provision in rural areas, etc. Our main donors are the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Ukraine, German Federal Fund "EVZ", USAID, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ukraine, etc. The UCID obtains experience of work with local youth and activists. In , the UCID held for them a number of trainings devoted to the Association of Ukraine with the EU. Along with that, the UCID obtains experience in the creation of project-related web-resources and awareness campaigns in the social networks. For the last years, UCID realized the following projects: 1) .Project: “The benefits of European integration for the local business community of South-Eastern Ukraine” with the support of the Embassy of Great Britain in Kyiv. 2) 2010. Project: "Free legal assistance for residents of the villages of the Crimea" supported by the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Ukraine. 3) 2010. Project: “Health and family - the choice of the Crimean Youth” supported by the USAID under the Program "Together for Health" (Project for improving family planning and reproductive health in Ukraine). 4) .Project: “To communicate - means to live!” (project to help victims of the totalitarian regimes in the Crimea) with the support of the All-Ukrainian charitable organization “Age concern in Ukraine”. Moreover, the organization had more than 100 intellectual games in which it has been involved over 3000 young people. Areas in which joint projects can be implemented: 1) youth employment and the problem of the first job place for young people; 2) youth business startups; 3) prospects for Ukrainian youth from European integration.
