KRETINGOS R. VYDMANTAI GYMNASIUM

Kretinga r. Vydmantai gymnasium has 271 students ,30 of them are with different needs and abilities, age 7-19 years old. Here works 32 qualified teachers, 4 student help specialists - social pegogue, psychologist, special pedagogue - speech therapist, public health specialist. Gymnasium vision - a progresive and constantly learning, responsible and solidar, open to change person's education. Gymnasium community is actively involved in local and republic-organized events, projects,in creating democratic learning , and seeks for all learners to be a good and interesting school to learn. In gymnasium it is important that pupils are motivated to attend, to learn and seek better results and know their further goals. For teachers it is important to look for professional, innovative, effective teaching methods appropriate to each child's abilities and needs.
