Insert

“Insert” is an informal group that focuses on the personal development of children and youth in a multicultural environment. It attends to the needs of those who wish to become their best selves through training sessions, intercultural activities, and real-life simulation activities in specific fields. “Insert” focuses on developing the individual and “inserting” themselves into the community with the purpose of attaining success, as perceived by every each and one of us. “Insert” conducts a series of training sessions aimed at developing children and youth for a better society mechanism. “Insert” organizes workshops for children with the purpose of keeping their mind open towards alterity, different, and foreign. The children learn about new cultures, beliefs, languages and therefore they become more willing to participate and interact in the community, no matter which one might it be. The activities are sculpting future successful individuals that function with initiative in society. “Insert” is especially focused on the youth and their importance in the actual and future society. Young people are being guided through a series of pieces of training on personal branding and success. It starts with building up their self-confidence and improving their self-esteem, guiding them into understanding who they are, how they communicate, and how they learn. Then, it helps them get through the right path towards their goals and success, as well as offering alternatives.
