GO received support from the European Union and the PACA Regional Council for micro-innovative projects in 2011, enabling us to identify and integrate best environmental practices into its operations based on eco-communication methods ("Coopcom, eco-design education" project). GO has already applied these principles to the design of its various projects in partnership with French and European organizations. They have allowed various audiences (youth, adults, professionals, seniors...) to raise their awareness and competences in eco-design, as well as citizenship and intercultural approaches: - "Green Bridges" project: supported the mobility of professionals in youth education/investigated the environmental practices of several French and German social work organisations - "Enough For Everyone, For Ever" project: pluri disciplinary educational partnership aimed at developing environmental education tools for adults with less opportunities - "Euro Actors For Environment" (EAFE) : cycle of Franco-German meetings for educators and young adults supported by the Office of Franco-German Youth (OFAJ), on the theme of experimental eco-design approaches relayed by a travelling exhibition promoting collective and intercultural knowledge - Several other OFAJ projects related to health, nutrition, citizenship and youth mobility (Landscape[s], Insel der Chancen). GO-ercn also manages local workshops on sustainability awareness dedicated to children ("Stories about living differently" - extracurricular weekly interventions in seven schools), youth and adults, where participants learn how to produce stop motion videos on environmental topics, learn to make artisanal paper and try out different printing techniques. Through these activities, the participants learn the benefits of collaboration and experience sharing.
