Center for Labour and Social Practices

Centre for Labour and Social Practices (CLSP) is a non-profit organization that operates in public interest in the field of social work, youth support, civil society awareness, soft skills training and social integration. The organization has gained extensive experience working with various social groups under the implementation of a number of projects with EU and national support. Our non-profit organization also implements large number of social studies and develops activities related to the implementation of social policies, development and strengthening of democracy and human rights, civil society, migrants’ integration into labour market, implementation and development of curricula for training courses and more. The Centre for Labour and Social Practices works with highly skilled team of experts in the field of human resources management, vocational training, project development and career guidance. CLSP is active in the following core activity areas: - Development and support of socially valuable projects: CLSP team has extensive experience in developing and managing projects funded under several EC programmes such as Erasmus+, Europe for Citizens, Creative Europe, H2020 etc. As a result, large part of our team efforts are dedicated to the development of proper project ideas as well as on the support of third parties in the implementation of socially engaged projects that help improve the social integration and civil engagement of the Bulgarian society. - Training and social activities based on cultural and artistic methods and practices: Under its brand ImagInAction, CLSP has developed specific training and awareness-raising method based on improvisation theater techniques. Our aim is to provoke the emotional engagement of trainees thought visualization and self-evaluation in specific real life-experiences. Therefore, the Center is strongly engaged in developing non-formal forms of adult education and trainings based on the use of art and theater techniques for pedagogic purposes. CLSP develops this activity in cooperation with Acto-Seguid, a Barcelona-based company specialized in corporate theater practices and with NOW.be, a Belgian pioneer in online education methods. - Promotion of Socio-Emotional Intelligence towards youth and adult learners: In cooperation with UNIKS App, a Barcelona-based digital tool provider, CLSP has developed a socio-emotional learning programme for young people and organizations. The EQ topic is one of the main research areas of our team and is often a key concept of its implemented projects.
