CSAD is a training Centre Accredited by the Puglia Region. Since 2002, it has integrated the paths of building the knowledge and professionalism of entrepreneurs, professionals, staff of public and private companies, the unemployed, young graduates, fostering access to work for the unemployed and of young people. Clients of CSAD are most SMEs of a wide variety of sectors. CSAD aims to link up with the system of Public Education and Vocational Training, as a Center of Competence for the development of organizational models in the field of training and services to businesses and the Public Administration. CSAD stimulates the development of the entrepreneurial fabric through training and information activities and by sharing training initiatives of excellence with universities, institutions and organizations that recognize themselves in this mission, supports Public Administration and Companies in the development of services, processes and systems with aspects of innovation and performance improvement; participates in research projects on product, process, service, system and organizational model innovation. The main areas of expertise are: management consulting, business plans, entrepreneurship, SMEs, quality management, certification, design of training contents based on ECVET, software and multimedia development, internet applications, distance learning, e-business and e-commerce.
