The Institute for Nonviolent Communication is a non-governmental organization working for children's rights. At this stage, the organization is actively working to prevent school bullying. With 5 years of work experience, the organization has developed country-tailored bullying prevention - "Safe School Program" that has been successfully implemented in several public and private schools. The strength of the program is to involve youth workers in the process and create a non-formal educational space at school. On the basis of our organization was created the "Safe School Program", which is an adaptation of the existing international expertise to the Georgian reality in order to fight against school bullying. We have created a school climate research methodology, to understand the school environment, and based on the results to modify already drafted activities. After this, we start implementing the program that includes training of all the main roles at school (including parents and administrative group). the main phase is to work with children and here we involve youth workers to have efficient results. Activities are innovative, however, the most interesting and challenging part is to modify the main activities to meet the needs of the students and lead them to create new activities on themselves.
