Mission of the organization: guaranteeing access to justice, civil rights’ advocacy and protection of vulnerable groups Vision: building a balanced civil society environment and enhancing the participation of all social groups in the creation of policies and in the decision-making processes Activities: Running conciliation & mediation procedures; Organizing consumer rights advocacy and consumer protection information campaigns; Lobbying and drafting legislative proposals; Creating programs for civil education and entrepreneurship trainings for youth.
