Namaste

The Wellness Association, for a better Life, "Namaste" was founded in January 2018 and is located at 77 Parnithos Avenue, Ano Liosia. Namaste means "the divine Light within me bows to your Divine Light." Expresses gratitude and shows respect. It expresses the need for peace within us, but also in our relationships. Saying Namaste, even in our daily life, helps us to be focused, to be in our center, to connect essentially with our divine dimension, but also with other people. The Association aims to help its members and friends to act and think creatively, developing positive feelings about themselves, life, and their fellow human beings, in a continuous effort to restore their mental and physical health and the balanced relationship between them, as a family, as an individual social group, and as a wider social whole. The Association by all means aims to develop and cultivate in its members the need to claim quality in life. Therefore, the basic principles of the association are: 1. The meeting of the real needs of humans through self-awareness, mutual respect, and solidarity. 2. The enhancing of the quality of our human experience, through ensuring the mental health and balance of individuals and their inclusion in the social environment with harmony. 3. The focus on our human identity. 4. The Promotion of social justice, protection of human rights, democracy, and ecology. 5. To have an active role in our community. 6. To promote inclusion and understanding on matters of sexuality and gender. 7. To be a place of expression and decision-making in communal terms. 8. Organize cultural and entertainment events. 9.
