RUMBO A EUROPA

Rumbo a Europa is an organization from Andalusia whose goal is to promote and ensure young people's democratic and social rights; encourage their social and political participation at all levels in community life; and offer opportunities for personal and social development through leisure activities, voluntary engagement and non-formal learning. We want to empower young people to develop as individuals and enjoy new challenges through volunteering and social action whilst making a positive contribution to the community. Our activities prepare young people for life and work, by combining and strengthening volunteering and social action to links to employment, education and training. Our focus is to generate in young people a sense of responsibility and ownership for their projects and to support them to progress. Rumbo a Europa encourages the involvement of young people from all sections of the community (especially those who are at risk of social exclusion) and ensure that all have equal opportunity to participate regardless any factor that may result in discrimination and prejudice. We would like to make partnerships with people who are willing to provide young people with access to good quality volunteering, and social opportunities and support them to realize their own projects and ideas. If you make a partnership with us you are taking a great opportunity to learn together and promote a positive impact. Through our work we pretend to make a real difference to countless people all around the world, knowing that two heads are better than one. We will analyze the characteristics of the project and we will find the most suitable participants and conditions for it to be celebrated. We will make sure that the people with the most similar qualities to the ones required in the project will be selected. We will be deeply involved in the partnership and you will find real support to make a successful project. Moreover, the support from other organizations allows us to be stronger in the technical aspects of projects and make a more efficient dissemination of the results.
