Purpose The purpose of IgorA Initiative is to empower youth and young women by: - Bridging the gap between creativity, digital innovation, and sustainability. - Promoting confidence, mindfulness, and leadership among youth. -Strengthening resilience and adaptability in the face of digital and societal changes. - Advocating for sustainable practices and environmental awareness. - Encouraging community engagement and intercultural dialogue. Objectives 1. Digital Transformation: Equip youth and young women entrepreneurs with essential skills in AI, digital tools, and innovative business practices. 2. Confidence Building: Strengthen youth resilience and self-belief through transformative coaching, mindfulness practices, and leadership workshops. 3. Community Impact: Empower young leaders to actively contribute to their communities through socially impactful and sustainable projects. 4.
