Our principles are to honor the family and home as a unique environment. We support a safe between the child and their biological family. We openly identify the issues within the family, discuss them with clients, and support the family in finding solutions. We communicate with families empathetically, transparently, and truthfully. We answer their questions responsibly and keep them informed about important steps in discussions concerning them with OSPOD and other institutions. We respond to the individual needs of each family. We uphold an equal approach to all clients.
