Enforma Srl is a social enterprise that has been active in the field of vocational training for over twenty years. With offices in Milan and Venice, and thanks to a network of qualified partners, it operates throughout Italy. It is accredited by the Lombardy and Veneto Regions for continuing and higher education and is recognized for providing CME (Continuing Medical Education) credits in the medical and healthcare sectors. Its mission is to offer high-quality training programs that combine theory and practice through paid internships, personalized support and job placement. Enforma is a member of the Pact for Skills and is already accredited under Key Action 1 of Erasmus+ in Italy. Enforma works closely with public institutions and third-sector organizations to implement high-impact social projects, particularly aimed at the unemployed, people with motor disabilities, and individuals in socially disadvantaged situations. It has carried out initiatives supported by the National Agency for Microcredit, promoting self-employment and social inclusion.
