Founded in 2025, VIA PAL is a forward-thinking association born from the passion of young professionals experienced in European project design, youth work, and civic engagement. Based in the rural heart of Umbria, Italy, we serve as a vital link between local youth and the vast opportunities offered by the European Union and emerging technologies.
