Fundación REIR is a non-profit social organization based in Catalonia (Spain) dedicated to the protection, education and social inclusion of children, adolescents and young people in vulnerable situations. Our mission is to promote equal opportunities through socio-educational intervention, emotional support, community-based action and competence-oriented guidance. We work especially with young people at risk of early school leaving, social exclusion or labour market disengagement, providing structured mentoring, educational reinforcement, family support and personalized development pathways. Fundación REIR is part of the REIR Group, a consolidated social and educational network with extensive experience in youth work, vocational education and training (VET), employability programs, digital inclusion and community development. This structure allows us to operate with multidisciplinary teams and strong partnerships with schools, local authorities, social services and third-sector organizations. We design and implement projects focused on: Prevention of early school leaving Youth well-being and socio-emotional development Competence-based guidance and mentoring Community alliances and multi-stakeholder cooperation Inclusion and empowerment of vulnerable groups Our approach is rights-based, inclusive and community-oriented, combining innovation with practical field experience. We have experience in managing publicly funded regional and national projects and are open to strengthening our European cooperation through Erasmus+ and other transnational initiatives.
