LHS Lebenshilfe in der Schule gGmbh

LHS Lebenshilfe Berlin in der Schule gGmbH is a non-profit organisation based in Berlin, Germany, dedicated to inclusive education, youth work and social participation. We work closely with schools, children, young people, families and local communities to create equal opportunities through educational, social and creative programmes. Our work focuses on school social work, media education, digital literacy, inclusion, participation, democracy education and non-formal learning. We design and implement innovative educational projects that strengthen young people's social, personal and digital competences while supporting professionals through training and international exchange. As part of the Lebenshilfe Berlin network, we also collaborate with the Zukunftswerkstatt, our innovation and project development unit. Together, we develop new educational concepts, digital tools and international partnerships, particularly within the Erasmus+ programme. Our experience includes coordinating and participating in European cooperation projects, youth exchanges, staff mobility activities and capacity-building initiatives. We believe that international cooperation enriches educational practice, fosters intercultural understanding and helps develop innovative, practical solutions for the challenges faced by schools, youth workers and local communities.
