Carpathian agency of human rights "Vested"

Carpathian Agency of Human Rights “Vested” is a non-profit civil society organisation based in Uzhhorod, Ukraine, working to protect human rights and strengthen democracy since 1998. Our work combines legal assistance, human rights and civic education, support for local democracy, advocacy, and capacity-building for civil society and communities. We work with young people, youth workers, students, vulnerable groups and minority communities, including Roma and people affected by war and displacement. Through national and international projects, we promote active citizenship, social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, European values and meaningful youth participation. We organise trainings, workshops, educational activities and community initiatives, and support cooperation between Ukrainian and European organisations and local communities. Vested is interested in partnerships within Erasmus+ and other European youth programmes, especially projects focused on human rights, democratic participation, inclusion, intercultural learning, youth leadership and cooperation with young people from disadvantaged or underrepresented communities.
