MMG is committed to driving professional solidarity, technological advancement, environmental sustainability, and socio-economic progress guided by the principles of participatory democracy, transparency, human rights, and business ethics. Youth Work & Young MMG (Genç MMG): The association maintains a dedicated youth wing, Young MMG (Genç MMG), which serves as a dynamic bridge to university students and emerging generations of technical professionals. MMG actively engages youth through non-formal education, peer-to-peer mentoring, technology development teams, and social innovation initiatives, prioritizing the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. Key Fields of Activity: Vocational Training & Capacity Building: Organizing technical seminars, certification programs, dynamic workshops, and non-formal skills training. R&D, Green Transition & Technology: Conducting technical field research on clean energy, Industry 4.0/5.0 applications, and sustainable, disaster-resilient infrastructure. Ethics, Standards & Governance: Developing engineering benchmarks, promoting digital ethics, and fostering active citizenship among youth. Institutional Experience & Partnerships: MMG regularly organizes the large-scale National MMG R&D and Innovation Summits, bringing together ministries, defense and energy sectors, university tech centers, and youth innovators. MMG possesses proven project cycle management capacity, serving as the beneficiary and coordinator of Erasmus+ projects (such as the KA154 Youth Participation project "From Addiction to Innovation: Technology Production in the Digital World") as well as executing collaborative public-sector initiatives with national ministries and academic institutions.
