The Department of Youth of the City of Cuenca is responsible for youth policy in the city of Cuenca. Develops programs of leisure and recreation, alternative entertainment, training and volunteering, manages the Youth Center where it is implemented the Youth Information Service and rehearsal rooms for bands and for the activities of local associations are managed. The Youth Council has a long tradition of participating in European mobility project and training.
