Youth Information Centre /ICM /are places that anonymously and free of charge to provide comprehensive and timely information from various walks of life for young people based on their needs and requirements, in a manner appropriate to their age and capabilities. Information should conform to the principles of the European Youth Information Charter. Although the target group centers, mainly young people 15 to 26 years, ICM guarantee equal access to information to all young people without distinctions.
