ChangeLog Foundation

ChangeLog Foundation was established in 2013 in Mykolayiv, Ukraine by few young and dynamic people experienced in local and international projects organization and management on professional and volunteer basis. The aims of the organization are: I. Providing society with a various types of the volunteer assistance (individual and group) at the local level and development of the volunteer movement in Ukraine; II. Implementation of socially important initiatives and projects in the spheres of conflict resolutions, non-formal education, environmental protection, and preservation of the historical and cultural heritage, youth work. According to the named aims, here are the issues (topics), which are very interesting for us: Volunteer movement (individual and group support and aid to people that need assistance, especially young people, children deprived of parental care and guardianship; the mentoring program for such youngsters). Conflicts resolution (looking for effective methods of conflicts resolution on different levels – national, ethnic, local, interpersonal). Youth development (promotion among young people the ideas of active citizenship and lifestyle, self-employment and entrepreneurship, critical view on the everyday life). Rooting of the European Values in Ukrainian reality (promotion such principles as tolerance (including LGBT), non-discrimination, anti-racism, gender equality, equal conditions for people with disabilities etc). Educational and Informational work in the field of healthy life (problem of tuberculosis and other social diseases outspread). Environmental protection, preservation of the historical and cultural heritage. The sustainable development on the state (global) and individuals (local) levels.
