In our programs, we use experiential learning methods. Our tools are a wide range of activities that are based on self-experience - games, simulations, workshops or problem situations to be solved. The aim of these activities is to develop skills and attitudes - social learning (self-knowledge, cooperation), soft skills (teamwork, people management, relationship and communication skills), life attitudes (tolerance, responsibility) etc. The programs include reflection, which helps participants transform the experience into a new experience. The main objectives of the civic association "EduAventura z.s." are : 1. Coordination and promotion of non-formal educational programs and experiential learning at the local and international level for the purpose of personal, social and professional development of groups and individuals. 2. The mission of the association is to support individuals and groups in the development of their competencies and skills and the use of their potential in fulfilling life goals. Main activity 1.Work with children and youth. 2. Organizing discussions, workshops and programs that promote the principles and show the application of non-formal education and experiential learning methods. 3.Implementation of educational activities and projects for children, youth, working with children and youth in the Czech Republic and abroad, including the organization of weekends and camps for children and youth. 4. Cooperation and establishing new relationships with local and international organizations with a similar focus. 5.Support and promotion of volunteer activities and programs. 6. Coordination and sending of participants to European educational programs. 7. Support of non-formal education, experiential learning and development of new methodology in these educational areas. 8.Consulting activities and consulting.
