Diversity Champions Serbia

Diversity Champions Serbia is a non-profit association, established to work in indefinite period to achieve the objectives in the fields of business, economy, education, human rights protection and the improving of the position of minority groups in Serbia with the activities at the territory of the Republic of Serbia and at the territory of other counties. Our vision, in general, is to be a synonym for an association that contributes to improvement of the community in general, to the creation of a better business environment, to the promotion of the meritocratic building framework, to the improving of position of young and talented people with less opportunities and, as well as minority groups Our mission is to promote the existence and sustain of differences, to help the improvement of the minority groups positions through the protection of their rights and to provide personal and professional development of young talented citizens by supporting the building of meritocracy in the community. General objectives of the association are: ▪ Providing better working environment and business climate in the Republic of Serbia; ▪ Establishment of meritocracy in the community; ▪ The protection and the improvement of the status of minority groups; ▪ The implementation of the idea of diversity within the company; ▪ Promotion of human rights and the rights of employees at the territory of the Republic of Serbia, ▪ The implementation of the equality idea.
