The foundation “Diaconia Center of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Latvia” is a nongovernmental organization established in 1994. The objective of the foundation is public benefit activities - charity, increasing the welfare of poor and socially disadvantaged families, civil society development, integration of society, development of diaconal work in Latvia, which includes the Christian values-based care of people - the spiritual care and practical assistance.
