The school brings together qualified educators with many years of experience, it is becoming progressively popular due to the increasing interests of high school students – the school is seen as a possibility of finding a prosperous and successful job quickly in a specific occupation. Moreover, alumni show a great interest in going abroad to raise funds quickly. Teachers are expected to use extremely effective ways of teaching, solving the forwarding problem of mixed-abilities, language level and low motivation. Complex School no.6 is a school preparing young people to work in a particular occupation. Most of the vocational profiles has in its syllabus not only learning English for taking A-level English exam but also learning professional English, for instance, in the field of tourism, advertisement, technology, logistics, mechanics or IT. Therefore, an English teacher is supposed to prepare young people to complete vocational examinations, which partly take place in English. Our school is situated in a remote area of Poland with a high unemployment rate, which results in students' emigration. Participating in a project could give the students and the teachers a better understanding of other cultures, broaden their minds and motivate them to use English more willingly and effectively.
