Güzeloluk Anatolian High School is a public school. The school that we served is in a rural area 7km far from the town in countryside in which there are a lot of green houses and arable lands. .In Educational Term the school has been established and begun officially its educational life. Then some years later in Educational Term with a sudden regulation in law it was turned to be an Anatolian High School . Anatolian High Schools have got more English lessons and more qualified teaching system than the other General High Schools. The organisation is a medium seized organisation. With the General High School students we have 738 pupils ,50 teachers ,an official and three administrative staff and an administrator. The school is a developing school. The school has a mission of 'Equation in Education 'that the school has not seperated the students like performed ones and underperformed ones. All of the students in the school have been served a qualitative and similar education in accordance to the National Legislation. The school teachers and the administrative staff are very keen on getting through those problems and working wilfully . For this reason all the school staff is very keen on joining any educational organizations which enlarge their views on education and bring them in a desired state of teaching level. The teachers try to participate educational organisations which facilitate to increase the students' motivation ,success and awareness in every aspect ,so that we participated Erasmus + and all EU Projects for the Target Group and the organisation itself. A European Project Organisation Team has been formed in the school. It consists of a manager , a manager assistant and two English teachers who are working on Erasmus + and other EU Projects. The school wants to make the teachers more equipped for the innovative educational issues ,in using ICT tools,in learning language , in making the students much more aware of the European Dimension, in comparing the education methods with other nations' education methods and in meeting them in a common point.The school wants its education staff to realise the importance of multi- culturalism and multi- lingualism and also wants them to increase the capabilities of students to highlight motivation and academic status. It is believed that a qualified teacher will affect his or her students positively Antalya (700.000 inhab) is visited by millions of tourists coming from the whole Europe every year.It is situated on the south east mediterranean coast of Turkey, surrounded by mountains, it is close to important archeological sites dating back to the Greek and Roman domination.
