Schulhaus Europa e.V.

Schulhaus Europa has a good knowledge of the companies in the City of Leipzig and Saxony, and successfully experience in Mobility EU projects management. Participants have been able to learn and personally experience the differences and parallelism between the German companies and their Italian counterparts, care and establish business relationships among them. At the end, they gained a different perspective and new ideas. They have been evolved in running activities, and learned the way to work in Germany and acquired a background in national and international trading including the office background. By participating in mobility programs, the trainees have promoted a cultural and a technic exchange with their colleagues in the German companies. Both sides consistently report the positive benefits acquired by attending the work program, as outline above. Thus, Schulhaus is continuously improving and increasing its participation as a host for Placement programs. At the end of the project, participants enriched their professional skills, improved their language level and had the chance to live and experience in Germany.
