To respond to the complexity of the social processes we encounter, we always use an interdisciplinary approach. In the current historical moment, multiple crises (environmental, health, economic-social, etc.) overlap and multiply their effects, revealing, on the one hand, the fragility of systems and, on the other, the strong interconnections between them. For this reason, we consider a multidisciplinary method to be fundamental, in which working groups with different professional backgrounds collaborate as cohesive teams with a single goal. Our methodology always starts from dialogue with people and the community, in a perspective of shared responsibility, inspired by the concepts of solidarity, activation and participation in the construction of the common good. We value listening, which allows us to understand needs and questions that are expressed or even just suggested: listening and communicating with strong empathy, capable of understanding and expressing emotions in a way that is respectful of oneself and others. We operate in the areas of Childhood, Minors and Families, Environment and Culture, and Consultancy, with a particular focus on sustainability, social inclusion and culture, in line with our vision: “Capable of the future. People, services and places for a social economy of happiness”.
