ALUMBRA FACILITACIÓN

Alumbra Facilitación is a Spanish organisation specialised in social permaculture, conflict management and participatory learning processes. We work at the intersection of education, community development and organisational facilitation, supporting individuals and groups to strengthen collaboration, communication and collective resilience. Our work focuses on designing and facilitating learning experiences that integrate relational skills, emotional awareness and reflective practices. We have developed and delivered training programmes on conflict transformation, group processes and social permaculture, both in formal and non-formal education contexts, including courses for educators, facilitators and community-based initiatives. Within European cooperation projects, Alumbra contributes strong expertise in qualitative evaluation, documentation, learner-centred facilitation and feedback analysis. We support project teams by translating complex processes into clear documentation, synthesising learning outcomes and ensuring that relational and social dimensions are integrated into educational design, pilot activities and evaluation frameworks. Alumbra’s mission is to foster healthier relationships, meaningful participation and sustainable social systems, enabling people and organisations to work together more consciously, creatively and effectively.
