Youth Future Makers is a youth-led initiative from Ukraine, currently in the process of official NGO registration. The organisation was founded by young people from de-occupied and frontline regions who have personal experience of war-related challenges, migration, and limited access to opportunities. Our mission is to support young people with fewer opportunities — including internally displaced youth, migrants, young people from conflict-affected areas, and those facing social or economic barriers. We focus on empowering youth through non-formal education, international mobility, intercultural dialogue, and community-based initiatives. Youth Future Makers operates in a social context where many young people face interrupted education, limited international exposure, and reduced access to personal and professional development. Through our activities, we aim to create safe spaces for learning, self-expression, and active participation, while connecting Ukrainian youth with international partners and opportunities such as Erasmus+. Youth Future Makers is run by a motivated team of young professionals with hands-on experience in Erasmus+ projects, youth facilitation, and community work. Although we are a newly established organisation, our team members bring solid individual experience and complementary skills: • Project Coordination & Partnerships The founding team has experience participating in and supporting Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges and Training Courses. We are familiar with project structures, participant preparation, cooperation with international partners, and dissemination activities. • Non-Formal Education & Facilitation Team members have facilitated workshops, group discussions, and interactive activities using non-formal education methods. We are skilled in creating inclusive, participatory, and youth-friendly learning environments. • Youth Work with Fewer Opportunities Our personal backgrounds allow us to deeply understand the needs of young people from vulnerable contexts. We have experience working with internally displaced youth, migrants, and young people from conflict-affected regions, offering peer support and encouragement. • Intercultural Communication & Teamwork Through international mobility and cooperation, our team has developed strong intercultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams. • Digital Communication & Dissemination We have experience in social media management, content creation, and online communication, supporting visibility and outreach for youth initiatives and projects. • Organisational & Administrative Skills Even as an organisation in registration, we operate with clear internal roles and responsibilities, ensuring coordination, transparency, and accountability in our activities.
